how are you guys doing? lou and i are well.  we've been doing some home improvements.  this week we just finished the livingroom/diningroom makeover.  it was a lot of work so we need a break now before we tackle the next project!

Hey Deb...(since you are the only one who reads my blogs i thought i would just start it that way).  I'm glad to hear from you.  Lou and I have been busy getting things together with the house.  Lou called the insurance company today for a quote on homeowner's ins. and get this... the company we've been doing business with won't insure the new house because we have a german shepherd!!! do you believe that...poor Montana is almost 11 years old and has no teeth!  So, Lou told the agent that he's taking all his business to another company... that's 2 houses and 3 cars -- their loss.  I hope all is well with you.  say hello to your parents.. and Dave, if you're out there and decide to read this, HELLO!  Love, Jess

just an update: lou and i signed a contract for sale today so the next stage of purchasing our house is under way.  friday we go to the bank to get our first mortgage!

i had an awesome time with deb, lou and nikki in NYC on monday!
